This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Several times our trash has simply not been picked up and other times HALF of it is gone with half remaining. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN? When I contact them they NEVER do anything to correct the issue, either coming by the next day to collect the trash or giving us a credit for services not rendered. They are the only game in town and they know it. So screw the customer cause what can we do?
