We were called before 8AM saying that they would be at our house within a hour, they called an hour later to say there truck broke down and would be here about 10:30. They did show up in their personal vehicle with one set of springs. The springs may have fit the size garage door that we said we had, but they said they wouldn't fit and they had to return to the shop to get a different set. They charged us an additional $40 dollars for a return trip. I tried calling the owner both his business and cell phone mailboxes were full. He did call back and when I asked why the additional charge he said that we had made the mistake. I asked if I did not know the size of the garage door would there have been additional charge and he said no. I asked why he did not come prepared for contingencies and he said because his van broke down and that it was our fault and he sent out the installer in his personal vehicle. When I said it was certainly big enough to haul more than one set of springs and that regardless he should have been prepared, he became argumentative and kept saying it was our fault. We paid the additional amount but will not ever ask him to return. I told him he had extremely poor customer service and that we should not have to pay for the breakdown of his vehicle - and all he could say was that "You made the mistake" even though he admitted there would have been no additional charge had I not known what size the garage door was.

The installer was great and was quite efficient.

I called wed.he was going to come out. Never showed. Couldn't get hold again. Finally called somebody else that stuck to what they said.

broken spring

I called Daryl, the owner, first thing saturday morning with a broken spring and an appointment I needed to get to. He was at my front door within the hour and had the job done quickly and cleanly. Very personable and helpful. I recommend him to anyone!
