As a home inspector, I am certified by The American Home Inspector’s Training Institute and licensed by the State of Washington (#681). I am also licensed by the WSDA as a Structural Pest Inspector (#80733). These qualifications plus 6 years of experience as a civil engineer, building contractor, and carpenter are applied to creating a professional and dependable service for every client.I understand that buying and selling a home is a major investment of time and resources for all parties involved. As a commitment to quality service, re-inspections (within 30 miles of Centralia) of any services rendered to the home between the inspection and closing are free of charge. Other firms commonly apply additional fees of $79 or more for re-inspections.
