Poor customer service. Idiot employees that don't return my calls. Price for glass goes up every single time we call. I'm done with them and taking my business elsewhere!

I had my front room picture window replaced by A glass and they did a quick job and great price install. I read the negetive review below and read where he went to Home Depot and had some 8 dollar idiot help him. I realized then who the idiot was and his review was not valid.

Skip it. Serious lack of customer service. Does not sem to very knowledgable about glass

Industries. Went in with manufacture tag of window that had measurements and manufacture information of window I needed replaced. They told me it was of no help to them and expected me to order something I was not sure about.

Took same tag to Home Depot and the 8 dollar idiot there had me helped and happy in about 5 minutes.
