I redeemed a Restaurant.com certificate & chose to check out Franko's... We ordered a large Veggie pizza for $19, a small pepperoni ($9) for the kids, and a chef salad ($8)... The Veggie pizza was extremely soggy / greasy with 'canned' mushrooms & the Pepperoni pizza was like soup!! The waitress was horrible & inattentive (kept doodling on paper).. She even had the nerve to add in her 18% tip, stating that it was her manager's policy (when redeeming gift certificates)!!!! Soo disappointed and the leftover pizzas ended up in the garbage!!!!!!
I have eaten at frankos pizza everyday for years! It is My favorite Place to eat! The portions are huge,the food is great,the people who work there are great!! You can tell the owner devotes his life to that restaurant!! I love Frankos pizza!!!!!
Always enjoyed their food but the recent price increase is ridiculous! Extremely overpriced for a pizza place! Much more reasonable places around with food that is just as good.
We tried them a few years ago, they screwed up the order. Didn't go back, tried them again a few years later and the SAME thing happens. I ordered a dessert and it tasted like the onions and garlic they store in the fridge. I called to complain but the owner didn't have the time to talk to me and the staff just didn't care. BLAH. NEVER GOING BACK. NY Pizza is SO MUCH BETTER... I'd rather eat Domino's then CRAPPO's.
Out of all the pizza places in Plainfield Franko's tastes the BEST!!!
Great food my favorite pizza. I think the best restaurant in town. Try it if you can.
went out to Frankos last week and ate in the restaurant. Great service and the food was very good. I would recommend trying it if you havnt.

Ive always eaten there and truly like the food and it seems to be well kept.Im sure youll feel the same give it a try.
Pizza was not that good not enough cheese or sauce,
Pizza skimpy on sauce and cheese.
