Where to start? There hours aren't very good(9-5m-f, 9-4sat) if you have a normal job and more than once they were closed during those hours (There is one guy that works here, if he has something else to do the whole place is closed). The access to the loading dock was an ice rink most of the winter with a snow bank in front of the door. The loading dock door is half rotted and looks about as secure as cardboard, there were dead mice in the aisles of the units. There are only 1-2 carts to load stuff, and one of them has has been half-broken for the three months we've been renting here. It claims to be "climate controled" but it was around 40degrees in there last time. ALso the building is for sale, so who knows what might happen if they sell the place. We're finding somewhere else to rent ASAP. I'm disappointed in U-Haul for being affiliated with such a sketchy place.
