Not sure if the review above is a former employee, but I have had a very similar experience and so has another family in town. Stay away from this company.

There is a reason this company is not on Angie's List. They will cut corners every step of the way to save a buck. The owner, Derek Smith is a loose canon and will attempt to bully you if you do not see things his way. My advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible.
