I`ve called the main office 30 minutes ago and someone competent showed up with a bunch of tools, ready to get the job done. In other words, a professional showed up. I`ll recommend this company without hesitation.

I called at 7 a.m. .They said someone would be there by 10. I told them what the problem was, and they suggested a way to try to fix the problem myself--to save money. I said I had tried that strategy already. First round of trucks were already out, but someone would be there by 10 a.m., they said, and theyd call when they were on their way. Turns out they had taken my phone # down wrong (the secretaries werent there yet when I called), and still, at 9:55 a.m., the truck pulled up in front of my house. The technician was great, and the bill was $30 less than Id been quoted because he didnt have to bring the machine in the house. I would totally recommend these guys. I got a very human reaction--they know that your house comes to an absolute standstill when your plumbing isnt working. Good work and good prices.

Absolutely fabulous. The plumber was on time, knew what he was doing, and was very personable. I have a home warranty but felt East Texas Plumbing put it in and they should know what to do.

Excellent, can`t fault East Texas Plumbing on anything. The work was of very good standard and good value. The chap was very polite and well mannered, a rarity these days.I will be using them again for any future projects.
