I paid them $250 to find the cellphone numbers of 2 people. They delivered the same unvetted hodgepodge of mostly outdated or incorrect data and phone numbers I'd gotten already from Whitepages for $5. Two of the numbers may be the ones I paid them to find. Or maybe not. Again, no better than Whitepages, but 50X more expensive.

They gave me excuses. The most infuriating was an admission that they have no means to learn anyone's cell phone number definitively. Funny how they didn't tell me that *before* they took my money.

I tried to be reasonable. I requested a partial refund so they could cover their actual costs. They should have acknowledged there was a miscommunication and been happy I wasn't asking for a full refund. They refunded nothing and didn't even apologize.

In fact, after I posted my first review (on Yelp), they sent me an angry, unrepentant email! Who would think that's a promising way to settle a dispute with a customer?

If you want someone to give you a Whitepages data dump, I'll do it for you for $10 -- much cheaper than these people. But if you want professionals who deliver professional-quality results in a professional way, look elsewhere.
