I've had two separate visits where I have paid in full up front and they try and send additional bills years later to try and squeeze more money out of you. I called and complained and they were very rude in return until I made it known that I still had my previous payment receipts for the previous visit as well as bank statements showing it coming out of my account (lucky for me I guess). My wife also had a cap come off that just needed reattached that they did something to that made it not fit in the same fashion (likely trying to force us to get a new cap through them). Needless to say, we went to another dentist to get it fixed instead as we're not giving them another penny.
