Complete rip off, Paid a down payment of $600 on a $1200 Suzuki he was selling. I Waited 3 months on him to fix it so I could pick it up and pay the balance. Never heard from him. Finally I dropped back in to see what was the hold up and he says he can't sell me the four wheeler because he can't get a title to it from the previous owner. After that I told him I was no longer interested and just wanted to get my cash back and he said I'd have to wait until did a engine swap to another frame with a title that he could sell and after he sold it he could pay me. I told him that was unexceptable and I wanted my money. He then tells me he doesn't have to refund me my cash and told me I need to leave. So basically he wants to keep my cash....See him in small claims court. Will give update after court!!
