I've been trying to find out their hours, and searched their entire website but no hours of operation are listed. I also wanted to know if they have or fill Helium Balloons, but my search came up with no matches.

There is nothing more that steers me away from a business than having the whole staff speaking a different language in front of you while they are ringing you up.
