The Sutton House Bed & Breakfast is a fully renovated Victorian mansion with 8 guest rooms each with a private full bathroom. The location features a swimming pool, views of Lake Winnipesaukee, White Mountains and nearby access to an endless list of activities that the popular Lakes Region has to offer. Room rates include, A hot and healthy fixed menu breakfast is served daily and personal hospitality from the onsite inn keeper is provided. This B & B is child, senior & pet friendly. Guests of all ages are welcome. Special amenities include flannel sheets, king beds and extra large soaking tubs. Easy access ramps for the mobility impaired is provided. A whole house automatic generator allows full operation even during a power outage. Spring is in the air and our maple trees are being tapped for our own backyard maple syrup. Traditional Irish dinners offered in March and Sunday Brunches start in May.
