I started care at Nan's Acupuncture because I was having severe pain in my leg and lower back. Since I have started treatments I have seen lots of improvement. I am very happy that I found Dr. Nan. He is a very professional and efficient, every time I go in I do not have to wait long. The staff is amazing and is trying their best to work with me on some sort of payments since Insurance of course is not covering it. I really enjoy going and I am extremely happy with the care they are providing.

My energy level is up and overall I am feeling much better than when I started here. I first came in for non-essential tremors, which have shown slight imrovment. I have stopped talking one of the 3 daily medications I was on. My headaches and tiredness are gone! The staff is warm and friendly. I don't believe that I would change anything about this office. Dr. Nan and his staff are great! I am very happy with my care.

I am happy with my care and I have set up a package plan for the year. I came in first for a specific issue (which is slowly being resolved) but my overall health has also improved dramtically!

I began sessions at Nan’s Acupuncture Clinic last summer (2010). Originally, I came because of a chronic cough. This was because of potential Sarcoidosis in my lungs, plus acid reflux. This had been an ongoing thing for 3 years. In addition, I have a pacemaker and I have high blood pressure as well as high cholesterol and all of these things have ultimately affected my sleep. A friend of mine had suggested that I try Acupuncture and it was about two months (3 times a week) when I started to see results. My cholesterol had dropped from 200 to 160, my pacemaker is now only calling for starting my heart beat 34% of the time as opposed to 95% of the time. I am sleeping better and I am feeling more energy. My chronic cough has diminished tremendously and from the last scan of my lungs, the sarcoid-like appearance is arrested.

I recently visited Dr. Nan for a sports injury. He treated me once and my knee instantly felt better. I went back for some follow up treatments and the pain has not come back, its been three weeks since my last appointment. His staff was extremely friendly and even though I had to pay for it out of pocket, because my insurance would not cover it, it was well worth the money. I would definitely recommend him.

I was shocked when I read the other reviews on here. This acupuncture clinic is very clean. They change the sheets after every patient and the needles are one time use. After use they go in the red needle containers. There are different packages that were presented to me after a few treatments. I have a chronic condition so I needed more treatments. The packages are designed to save you money not scam you. At any time you can get a refund of the visits you have left. This makes you ineligible for the discount, but a comforting idea when deciding to make a commintment to health.Dr. Nan takes the time to educate his patients. Chinese medicine is very different from Western. Most people do not understand that it is a helaing process. I didnt develop my illness over night and I will not get better overnight either. My results have been amazing and they have changed my life! I am a different person and owe that to Dr. Nan. They put me first, not my wallet.

Nan's is very dirty and not kept clean. Allows his staff to "practice acupuncture" without a license. Receptionist removed my acupuncture needles. Not sure if the receptionist is a licensed acupuncturist, but I'm confident the chances are zero. Patients beware!

They have I, II, III options of treatment plans. If you choose the 1st treatment plan, it will cost you the 4X of your weekly paycheck. The 2nd treatment plan that's probably last for 6 months will cost you a 4karats diamond/platinum wedding ring. The 3rd option treatment plan that last for a year will cost you Hawaii vacation pkg - 2 persons roudtrip ticket + 4 stars Hotel acomodations. The 1st week I spent 270.00, with 10% discount for 4 visits. Dr Nan will discuss to you educational info about accupuncture, etc. the first week but will let you know later how much the total cost. I cancel my next appointment and never call.
