About Westar Framing Since its early beginnings in 1988 in Glendale CA., to its relocation to Colorado in 1994, Westar has striven to become the premier production oriented framing company known for its timely delivery of a quality product. For the client, it's about M oney, T ime & Q uality "MTQ". What does that really mean? That is the purpose of this website, as well as giving you insight into our values and guiding principles. Our experience in Colorado comes from building thousands of multi-family residential units, together with banks, clubhouses, shopping centers and numerous other commercial structures. Our Portfolio section will show a photo journal of many such projects in the Rocky Mountains and Front Range region of Colorado.
