I work right by the Gofer in Cedaredge and my coworkers and I go there several times a week to buy snacks on our breaks. The service is generally average but lately it has been getting worse. Today on my break, I was ignored by the two employees behind the counter for at least five minutes when finally the man turned to me and said "it's going to be like 10 minutes till someone can help you." So I left because I had already wasted a good part of my break being ignored. I would have understood had I been given some explanation, or had the only thing said to me not been rude. I'm done going back there. Their service has slowly been declining and this was the last straw for me. When someone goes into a "convenience" store, they generally don't have "like 10 minutes" to wait for someone to help them.
