We ended up settling for WAY less than what was deserved as it had already destroyed our credit with the medical bills. And this is after a year and a half of absolutely no communication except for the invoices. So do yourself a favor, go with someone else. All documents he gets you can easily get yourself and save yourself some money. Or find someone that will actually do their job and work for You, not just his cut of the settlement. Waste of time with him!!
