I ordered a kingsize bed in June for our local store. When the bed was delievered, the drawer attached to the footboard was damaged. the delivery guy said they will send a replacement to us soon. surprisingly after waited for a month, when. I contact the store, who forwarded my request to the customer service, said no requested was registered in the system. I waited another three months, during which period of time I called customer service multiple times, and eventually still did not get any solution. ironically each time I called, I was promised that the drawer would be sent to me within a week, yet they were all empty promises. It was such a frustrating experience, I deeply regretted that I dealt with this company at the very beginning.

There's a reason this store is #1 in sales in a company of over 100 stores. Great and knowledgeable salespeople, and even better furniture. I've only ever had excellent experiences in the Cedar Rapids store.

BAD BAD BAD customer service!! Watch it people...they will take your money and then lie about delivery!! Waiting on refund now.....not worth the hassle. Shop where your business is valued!

The sales people here are extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly while attempting to purchase furniture. First we had one salesman follow us around for half an hour one day, and refuse to assist us. Then when we finally did get someone to help us he was very rude and not helpful. We finally walked out without purchasing anything.
