These people are the very best. I had the other "Overhead door" company look at a repair of a garage door. They said it wasn't worth fixing and wanted $900 for a replacement.In contrast, Raynor's technician showed up, listened to the door, listened to the our explanation of the problem and said "I think the problem is just a relay switch.". Had one on his truck and installed within 15 minutes. Cost was around $100.These people are hard working, honest and do not think they are the best in the world as is the other company seems to.They have done all our garage door work since then.
Terrible service! The technician was very rude and it ended up costing me 3 times as much as the competing door companies quoted me. I will never use them again! Terrible!!!

Forget that other "overhead" door company. Raynor is the best! That other company replaced a spring for our garage door opener, then left without a word, about a year ago. Raynor Door's technician, Greg Strait, fixed a problem with the closer to our 16 yr old opener, and never suggested we should replace it. Better still, he spent time carefully and helpfully explaining to us what we can do to extend the life of our (aging) garage door opener. Definitely call them. They are the best!
