Mount Mercy College offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs in the areas of applied philosophy, fine arts, biology, accounting, management, marketing and criminal justice. The college provides several sports opportunities, such as basketball, baseball, soccer, golf, cross-country, and track and field. Mount Mercy College also conducts classes in history, journalism, medical technology, nursing, political science and sociology. The college has a library that maintains a collection of journals, magazines and newspapers. Mount Mercy College has a bookstore that sells books, supplies, greeting cards, stamps and personal items. The college organizes a variety of international and adult education programs.
