many people in this area are anxiously awaiting other hardware store to open in this area. when this menards superstore opened, many other hardware stores closed, when that happened , customer service, common sense and good business went with it. most often, no one knows where anything is, why your equipment didn't get reserved like they told you it would be - repeatedly, ETC. they do have low prices, but with all of the other hassle, they aren't worth it, waste of time.
