best used car salesman I ever met.had some kind of virus,he told me it would be just like it was when it was new.didn't happen.took it back and he said he would put another isp on.that does work.but the computer is not like it was when it was new.won't go back here again,unless I want a used car

I have had only positive experiences with Zach and the employees at Computer Heaven. He has taken the time to explain what needed to be done in terms that I understood. He did not recommend I buy a new computer until mine was hit by a virus that made it unrepairable. He stood behind his guarantee and fixed my computer at no extra charge when I had created a problem. I did not expect him to do that. I have taken my computer back to him every year to have my anti virus renewed. I trust Zach and will continue to take my computer to him for service.

I experienced a major crisis with my computer recently, one that my job depended on having a working computer at home.
