The Adult Residential Facility, located in Cedar Rapids Iowa, is a 24-hour substance abuse facility that is operated by the Area Substance Abuse Council. The Area Substance Abuse Council provides comprehensive substance abuse prevention and treatment services to a five county area in Iowa, which includes Benton, Clinton, Jackson, Jones and Linn counties. All of ASAC s residential and halfway house treatment programs are 24-hour facilities. The Adult Residential Facility in Cedar Rapids provides assessments, extended and intensive outpatient treatment, Christian-based counseling, family therapy, residential and halfway house services for adults and youth, aftercare and long-term residential treatment for dual-diagnosed adults.
