I spoke to a very nice lady and she gave me a time frame. She sent the technician who is the actual owner of the company and knew exactly what he was doing and within 20 minutes my heater was fixed! It is nice to deal with a family owned business.

I called in the morning and the technician came out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us what caused it, and made the repair. This was my first experience with Patton Heating & Air Conditioning, but I will definitely call them again if I need service. I recommend them highly.

Patton Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job in all aspects of the furnace installation. From the duct work, electrical, gas piping, everything was installed professionally. They took time to explain what they were doing and cleaned up the work site when complete. The equipment was up and running the first time with no problems.
