Hoosier Overdoors has serviced Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland area for over 36 years. It has always operated from its current Dyer, IN location. Jim and Jan Nichols purchased the company in 1994 as the original owners were retiring. Hoosier Overdoors also has a sister company Barton Glass Inc a full service residential glass and mirror company. Hoosier Overdoors employs experienced craftsman who work exclusively for our company. We do not use sub-contractors or any temporary help. We are fully insured, licensed and bonded. Hoosier Overdoors is International Door Association ( IDA ) Accredited. We are proud to say that we are one of the first companies nationally to achieve this. We have also been recognized by the IDA as one of the top 100 Door Dealers 3 years running. Jim and Jan Nichols are also active in the Dyer Chamber of Commerce, Dyer Noon Lions and are members of the Indiana Door Association.
