Tired calling at 10pm to tell then they messed up and they let it ring and on top of that they turn there deep fryers too early cause my fries are like worms and the chicken sandwich is missing toppings

I'm fairly certain our waitress disappeared after bringing our food and then after she finally showed up again 36 minutes later and we asked for our bill we waited another 15 minutes for it....had the credit card waiting for her she threw down the bill and walked away I said HERES THE PAYMENT. Noticed she charged a 20 percent gratuity on out bill. If she gets $17 automatically no wonder she never came back to refil drinks or see how anything was. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any pizza restaurant Ever! Management better get their waitresses trained better...pregnant or not!!!

ps...ended up using my cell to call in AS I LEFT WITH MY KIDS for our waitress to come back to the table so my husband could actually pay....what a joke!

So disappointed in our first experience at your restaurant. We recently moved to Cedar Lake and you are the closest pizza place. We ordered a large and medium pizza and then found our coupon for 2 large pizzas. Manager said you could not honor the coupon even though we had a smaller pizza then the coupon dictates. Such a shame you couldn't help us out. First and last time customers. Paid $36 for med and large instead of $26 for 2 large. Paid $10 more for less pizza!
