It’s such a shame that they care more about the uniforms, then they do the learning environment. I hate how they make your kids hate learning, as a parent I always tell my children to stay the course, but in this case I had to pull them out. The staff could honestly care less about your kids. The fire all the good teachers and let the mean ones stay, I never recommend this school to my friends, because of how foolish the teachers and students behave, I don’t know how a boy showing his ankles is going to distract his peers from getting an education. To me the school is just to hungry for money. They made my child pay to wear his own clothes, they lie to you, your helping the school, we all know the money is going in the trash anyways.

This is my children's second school year at Newman Cedar Hill. I was 100% pleased with Newman until this year. The 5th grade teacher Mr. WORLEY should not be allowed around children. He is the rudest person I've ever encountered in a school system. I'm afraid to leave my children alone in a class with him after seeing how he has behaved with me and other adults. The principal has been made aware and only excuses have been thrown our way about how great of a teacher he is.

They allow the first grade boys to physically abuse my daughter with no discipline except to move them to another desk. They sell you on this great school with no bullying are a child could be thrown out of the school but they make excuses for the bullies with no discipline. They will not allow the truth to be told on this site. You have a small amount of letters to make your comments. My life as her mother was threatened by a first grade boy if my daughter did not do What he told her to do. He told my daughter his father would come kill me because he was rich. One girl threatened my daughter and telling my daughter her family member was the mayor of Cedar Hill so she was never discipline. The teacher told me she had major issues at home. Sorry that does give her the right to threaten my daughter. politics is what it comes down to.
