Andrew has worked with a major fitness corporation since 2006 and has recently branched off to opening his own personal training company. He is committed and highly dedicated to ensure that all his clients meet their goals. Through his work experience and training philosophy, Andrew has come to recognize what techniques best suit each client. A.S. Fitness Solutions is affiliated with Body & Soul CORE Fitness. While most training is done at their site, clients can be trained in the comfort of their own home. However, together they are able to offer a variety of classes to accompany your training.
