These guys charge a lot, but they don't know a lot of rules. They make mistakes, then blame in on clients. They have only one CPA on staff whom you won't get to talk to, because she is overwhelmed with the amount of work, and basically has to just sign on whatever the other guys prepare, without looking into it. The other staff though are not even on the IRS approved agents list, they are not even authorized to sign your return! If it comes to an audit (which is very likely with all the wrong advice they give, then blame on clients), the IRS will refuse to even talk to them. And with all of that, they charge more than real CPAs!
