EMATS works on projects with specialized engineering firms, pipeline gathering, transmission and distribution companies, compression packagers, vessel manufacturers, drilling contractors, state and national regulatory compliance agencies and major integrated oil and gas companies. Established in 1998, EMATS has headquarters in Cedar Bluff, Va., with field offices throughout Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Texas and North Carolina.
