They are the best. 2011 we went to 8 or 9 bike shops and we were treated as if they were doing us a favor to talk to us. From the moment we walk into the store we where listen too. With in 15 mins the wife was fitted for a bike and test riding down the street. She returned and remarked the bike was perfect. Wow! The professional fitting the wife and bike was so easy and shes happy. We were non riders and now we ride one way and eat pizza and ride home, its 45 miles round trip. We do the ride on the greenbelt from shea blvd to Tempe Lake 2 or 3 times a week for the last 10 months. I have taken the trek 2.1 in for adjustments two times and its sweet! End of 2012 its my turn for a new bike. I will be at flat tire bike shop and riding in the future. bikes are bikes.
