Terrible workmanship. Does not honor warranty. Faulty install of gutters & soffit/fascia ($2552 worth) completely ineffective at capturing roof runoff and fascia gaps into attic were hidden under downspout. After one attempt to fix, Tinman totally unresponsive does not return calls, texts, emails or letters. Tinman did not check pitch, use a level to adjust gutter or test them. The rain runoff has caused extensive damage to foundation and flooding caused mold and worse. I have asked Tinman to help resolve this, but now I will have to pay additional to have third party vendor repair their mistakes. Once we properly graded downspouts, revealed faulty soffit work, opening to attic.

The crew that showed up to do the work seemed to know their work well. As it turned they were not so good. When the job was done we noticed that a gutter downspout that should have been a factory made bend was, in fact, a straight piece of pipe simply "patched in" because the right fitting was not readily available (they forgot to bring it). It looked terrible and we explained that this was unacceptable. The worker said he would come back with a piece that he would make fit but that it would not be right because this was a too tight bend.... we knew better. He did return with the appropriate factory made bend which fit right in correctly. While waiting, we noticed that the holes cut in the deck to accommodate downpipes were messy. A sawsall was used instead of a jigsaw and starter holes were off register. Very sloppy workmanship. Given the workman's lack of interest and/or skill, I will fix these myself rather than call Tinman. We won't return to this businessman.
