Received car ins. increase premium notification. Very disappointed in the consistent increase in premium for a family member who barely drives 500 miles a Yr., unspoken customer loyalty & payment history, and not to mention this individual's impeccable driving record. Also, to date, my family member never received the bill that the ins. co. indicated was mailed out on 7/5/2014. They indicated that the family member could come down and pay it, but when in fact the error is in their hands & they should be mailing the bill again for remittance instead of having thus family member venture out wasting gas & time for their omission. In addition it was suggested that this family member pay the never received bill via credit card, which they would never do! This is a superfluous amount of rate increase notice to my family member, in addition to the unprofessional manner in which she was treated. In good business practice they should remail the bill in addition to adjusting the rate.
