40 West Shell has a terrific service department. They are honest and fair. There is no doubt that a car diagnosis is correct. Even if the repair is a big ticket item, you know that Tom, the service manager, is charging a fair price. There have been times when we thought the problem was major and the bill was less than $50 because all that needed to be repaired was a belt or spark plug. Tom and his team has kept our 1999 Suburban alive. I would highly recommend them.
