I called the Catonsville office at(410) 636-0480 and spoke with a ignorant lady and ignorant is being mild. She was very very unprofessional in answering my questions. I received a phone call from someone advising the Catonsville office close down and I can make a payment over the phone, but when I called Catonsville office on April 20 ,she answered. I was trying to explain my issue, but she dismissed it. I will file a complaint for sure. Get another job if you can't deal with the public. I am concern who I pay my money to. So I had questions.
