I repair old clocks and whenever I can't find a part they always have or can get it for me,

Do not go to House of Time if you are looking for clock repair service. I took a Grandmother clock movement that had a broken chime spring to them for repair and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. When asked what the cost would be they said they would have to have the repair man make the estimate and would let me know in about 2 weeks. After six weeks and several phone calls, I finally got the estimate and was told the repair would take an additional 4-6 weeks. Finally, after three more months and many excuses why it was taking a long time, I get a call that my clock is ready!! Five months to replace a spring in a clock seems unreasonably long. I strongly suggest you take your clock repair business elsewhere.

What horrible service! I took a watch in for service on January 25th. After getting an estimate I paid the fee upfront and waited 3 weeks for the watch to be returned. After another 2 weeks of waiting and excuses I went in to ask for my watch back and a refund since the service was so bad. All I got a lot of excuses and being told my expectations were not realistic! My expectations were the expectations this store gave me AND I gave them 2 additional weeks. I told them their customer service was horrible and the reply I got was they didn't care!

WOW! What horrible service! I took a watch in for repair and was told 3 weeks. So far it has been 6 and they still have no idea when I will have my watch. When I complained about the poor service I was told they didn't care that they gave poor service! NEVER AGAIN!! I am sure there are watch dealer with much better service!

Always help with anything I have. They fix watches, clocks, and jewelry.
