Out of the 5 nurses the agency sent us they were all caught sleeping on night shift, 4 were sent home. 4 of those nurses had filled out the entire assessment before they had even entered the patient's room. We allowed one of the nurses to return on the case . This nurse has been 10 to 20 min late every night since starting in Jan. When Mom put the exact time down that he arrived on his time slip he became irate and argued with the patient for 15 min. Not professional. Not at all happy with their services. Very poor work ethic.

I called Aadvance for nursing services for my ventilator dependent child. Within 24 hrs there was someone in my house to assess my child and the next day i had wounderful and good nurses taking care of my child.
