I inquired because the app indicated this company provided service in my area, but they don't. Then the response was curt and devoid of warmth. The owner operator said "I'm sorry, we don't service that area. Try Orkin".
all the reviews indicated how this owner operator goes out of his way for his customers to have a good experience but he didn't provide any contact information for the competitor he is recommending.
Additionally the referral from yellowpages.com claimed he serviced this area. Why would that happen if he didn't include it in his information? Very misleading.
Erik does a great job. He always e-mails in advance when he is coming by so we can be sure our cat is indoors. Always professional and a really nice guy to do business with.
