The have excellent meats in the store. Dried sausage is DELISIOUS.



We have had two wild pigs processes there that we fed since they were about 40 lbs. The did a great job of processing and packaging the meat. The bacon was too salty both times. This last time, too salty to eat. We only use it to cook beans, etc with. They did do a good job on the ham.

Great taste from Bar-B-Q, smoke, or baked. The meat keeps the wild taste but not the bland taste from just sealing it. Tender as soft fried eggs.
