Our daughter got straight A's, thanks to Sylvan. She got an A in algebra and that was what we were concerned with. Oh my god with the results we got for her Algebra, we were thrilled. Sylvan really really helped!

When my daughter first started at Sylvan in Castro Valley, she hated math, was behind in her class and cried whenever she felt frustrated. She has been there for a year and gotten caught up on all her foundation skills that she did not understand and she does not cry anymore with homework! She can do it by herself and rarely asks my help. She is now even a bit ahead of the other kids and secretly loves this. Thanks a million Sylvan for your hard work with my daughter!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Sylvan is an 11! The learning center served all of our needs. They attended the meetings at the school and worked with the teacher at school. My son loved learning and it definitely helped his self-confidence.
