She began her legal practice as a family law attorney, focusing on negotiating marital settlement agreements, child custody, child support and spousal support agreements. Kimberly’s practice now also includes the areas of civil and business litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy and real estate litigation. She also devotes a portion of her practice to commercial unlawful detainer actions, mechanic’s lien claims, business formations, trust administration, probates, trust and probate litigation, and estate planning. Kimberly received a Bachelors Degree in English from the University Of California, Los Angeles in 2001. She graduated from the University Of Pacific, McGeorge School Of Law in 2004 where she served as the Chief Technical Editor for the McGeorge Law Review.

Meera started her law practice as a patent attorney, representing Silicon Valley technology companies in patent prosecution, licensing, trademark and other intellectual property matters. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent And Trademark Office. Meera received her law degree from Santa Clara University School Of Law, where she obtained certification in High Tech Law and participated in IP Moot Court.
