General Info

Kontakuto Karate is rooted in a philosophy of discipline, training from the heart and the spiritual evolution of martial artists. Kontakuto karate’s general disciplines include kumite (sparring) and katas (forms) with a focus on preserving traditional karate principles while incorporating modern techniques from other popular disciplines. We offer classes for adults and children as well as a variety of less tradition fitness classes that focus on cardio and self defense!

Kontakuto Karate focuses on providing karate instruction to students ages four and older both new to the martial arts or those from other disciplines. The program is tailored to anyone’s martial arts path, whether the desire is to compete, become fit or simply to become a practitioner of the martial arts.
