Goomba's Wood Fired Pizza

Being from Long Island, I've been spoiled by real Brooklyn, real Bronx, real Queens, and real Long Island Pizza. That being said, Goombas Pizza on Columbia Tpke (9&20) just west (towards Albany) from Route 150. Great Central Location in Schodack. If you know the short cuts it's even quicker. They deiver, but I prefer to pick up my order. I like the whole ritual, and the smell of a real wood fired oven. Mmmm. Deicious. Try their Garlic bread/knots. Great wings, pizza, more than you can eat Calzones and all the other standard fare of the best Italian Restaurants. I've heard a few people try to bad mouth this place. Either they are confused with a previous employee or they have a friend who owns another pizza place and their just playing dirty pool.



Take it from a picky person. They are the best in the area!

One of the best in the area. Their giant calzones are excellent. At $10 each, you get your moneys worth. Delicious. Pizza is x-cellent too.
