VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Dr. Ramon Martinez and Naomi Jones, PhD discharged a minor child without notifying the parents. This office wait time is often as long as two hours. Jones is the joke of her own waiting room. They refuse to cool off the waiting room in the FL summer; while you wait a ridiculous amount of time, they won't allow you to bring beverages, instead making you purchase water from tbem. Dr. Martinez and Naomi Jones have forced my daughter's therapist of over 2 years to discharge her as well because of an issue they have with me. The office still has not notified me or my daughter of that discharge, they just cancelled her appointments. If there is any other psychiatrist that you can find in Central Florida, besides Dr. Ramon O. Martinez, who participated in the inappropriate discharge of this minor child by signing the letter, but who doesn't seem to practice out of that office, I would seek them out. Do not waste your time on Ramon O. Martinez, MD or Naomi Jones, PhD, ARNP.
