I purchased (over the phone) a Cinderella Snow Globe from Amy's Hallmark in Cassleberry Florida. I have never in my life had SUCH AMAZING customer service. These ladies were all polite, prompt, understanding & they were just absolutely wonderful to shop with. When the package arrived the snow globe was wrapped with several sheets of tissue paper & packing paper not once, twice, or three times, but FOUR times! Then placed into packing peanuts! I was overwhelmed with the depth of care for the product when I opened it. I am so thrilled with this company, & the entire office (Because I'm sure I spoke to at least three sales associates & the Manager)that I will certainly order from them again. This gift was for my Mother who adores Cinderella & you all helped make this present much more magical than I expected. Thank-you! You make customer service look easy. You're all wonderful.
