Very knowledgeable staff, polite and professional. definitely recommend using them!!! The have a great selections of anything you could want for your home.

I called this company a few days ago in regards to carpet purchasing and installation for a few rooms in my apartment building and i must say.. i was really disappointed in the level of customer service i received when i called this business.. originally when i called the 1st time, the guy who answered the phone sounded like he did not even want to hear me out let alone help me as a customer seeking their services.. but hey i said ill just call back this guy is maybe having a bad day... then i called a second time, the following day and got the same guy who answered the phone the first time i called .. this man he pretended like he was taking down my info for installer... then all of a sudden whilst i was providing my contact and address info he literally slammed the phone down on me.... Although i was referred to another carpet installer from out of town prior to me calling Don's Mobile Carpet by a friend of mine who also owns a apartment building in town. but i wanted to work with someone that's close that's why i called Dons Mobile Carpet.. Its really ashamed that business owners nowadays apparently hire anyone off the street to answer calls/manage their business with no type of customer service training or background what so ever because thats NOT how you treat a customer calling to your business seeking your service.. I DO NOT recommend this company. This level of customer service just says all there is to know about this company.
