If you're looking for a relaxing spa day by yourself or with a friend this is definitely not the place to go! The customer service is terrible, the owner is rude, and the employees here don't seem to know how to work a scheduling book/computer. I went here and had a hard time scheduling an appointment and they screwed up 3 times. It's not fun showing up after driving 15 minutes and finding a babysitter to get there and then they wrote the wrong day and time down and then of course the owner blames you for it and turns you away and will not give a refund. They also started me 15 minutes late at my rescheduled appointment and it was supposed to be a 3 1/2 hour deal and it was only 2 hours!!! Their policy online says to show up early so time doesn't get taken away. Their policy online also says if you don't show up your credit card will get charged. Funny....it should be the same way with them if a customer shows up and the business made a mistake but of course the owner blames the customer. Terrible customer service. This place is a rip off. I hope they shut down.
