Founded in 1924, Cascade Elementary School offers a range of academic services to more than 125 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its educational programs include reading, writing, math, music, computer applications , science, English, social studies, and health and physical education. The school provides special education programs for gifted and talented students. It additionally offers speech therapy services for students with learning disabilities. The school is a part of Washington County Public Schools, which is a school district that operates food service, maintenance, technology and transportation departments. The district governs various elementary, middle and high schools.
