Your dispatcher informed me that it would be approximately 25 minutes before a truck could get to me as it was presently engaged. Your truck and driver arrived in exactly 25 minutes. Your Driver (Percy) greeted me using my first name and remembered my name throughout our time together. Percy was courteous and professional, he explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. I was impressed by the fact that he checked (not once but twice) all his tie downs and connections before departing on our trip to Cascade Locks. On the ride back to Cascade Locks Percy regaled me with stories of fishing on the Columbia. It has been many years since I have needed the services of a tow company. My last experience was not near as pleasant as the one I had yesterday. Percy made an already unfortunate situation much more pleasurable. I will use your company again in the future should I need such a service and will recommend you to others. Thank you. highly recommended because

We broke down, in the rain, after dark on a very dangerous area of I84 in Oregon tonight. Thank God for Rivers Edge towing and the driver Brock put of Hood River OR. Brock was professional and efficient even in the nasty weather with wind and rain. He took great care of us.R

Rivers Edge Towing is nothing but professional! As a female it can be a little intimidating to call a towing company. However, the driver that came to my rescue was friendly and the truck was new and clean. I hope I don't have to call for a tow truck again, but at least I know who to call if I ever need that service. I highly recommend Rivers Edge Towing.

They guys at River's Edge were great!! a travesty of a businees. incompetent, unprofessional. left me stranded for hours until a different company picked up their slack and got my vehicle towed. absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a tow agency. I was amazed and dismayed to learn they were aaa affiliated. without exaggerating, in the future, I would consider paying another company rather than using my aaa service if it included river's edge. hands down the worst.
