      Total Incompetents. Twice in the last 3 years I submitted their "Authorization to Hold Mail". Each time I watched the carrier take it out of the box. Box B selected. Both times I went to office to pick up "held mail" Both times (after waiting over 1/2 hour AFTER clerk went looking. They returned and said there was NO mail. Came home - mailbox STUFFED with the mail!!! Can not phone them - only number is national. Need to privatize mail NOW.
